FORMER FOOTBALL PLAYER JAVIER ARTERO NEW AMBASSADOR OF BEWATT

Spanish professional footballer who started in the lower categories of Real Madrid as midfielder, due to his great talent Javier managed to reach very soon Málaga Club de Futbol inside the second Spanish division in the year 98, to later make the leap to the ranks of the C.D. Badajoz. In 1999 he travelled to Argentina signed by San Lorenzo de Almagro becoming the first Spanish player of the modern era to play in the Argentine League. After playing in Brazil, he became the most expensive signing in the Dundee CF, Scottish Club where he would play for three seasons. In his last season Javier was forced to withdraw from the playing fields after detecting multiple sclerosis. However, this did not stop him from continuing to reach successes outside the fields of play.

IN 2005, TOGETHER WITH HIS BROTHER, JAVIER FOUNDED SALESLAND

A company with more than ten thousand workers distributed throughout Europe and Latin America. Today Javier is a collaborator on Real Madrid TV and is President of the legendary Soccer Club Madrid Moscardó.

Javier Artero joins our team as BEWATT Ambassadors. His great spirit of self-improvement, his brilliant career and his effort to help people with the same disease. The Salesland Foundation of which he is co-founder, aims to reduce school dropout and exclusion problems.

BEWATT and Salesland Fundation will come together in a joint solidarity project before the end of th 2022.
